Reduce anxiety and stress and boost your mood and improve your confidence with these free friendly 6-week courses and one-day events with online and in-person options.

The courses and events are beginner-friendly, fun and designed to enable you to learn a new skill, try out a new potential hobby or reconnect with an old hobby or interest.

You can sign up to one or more of the 6 week courses and/or our one-day events.

Who is it for?

Anyone in Central and North Lancashire and South Cumbria who would like to join.

The sessions are designed to be feel-good, helping to improve mood, learn some new skills and meet new people.

All of the courses are beginner-friendly, you don’t need any experience in art, dance, yoga or gardening to join.

How do I book on?

Visit the Green Close website and choose the course or event you would like to join and enter your details.

How many sessions can you book onto?

As many as you like.

Places are limited and so please attend the sessions you book.

If you want to attend Arts, Yoga and Nature courses you are very welcome to book on all of those. If you like the look of just one that’s also fine.
