In response to recent situation with Coronavirus ICANN have introduced a number of new services as well as adapting our existing services to meet needs under current circumstances.

All our services are now available to people across Lancashire including Blackpool and Blackburn with Darwen.

A huge thank you to the Big Lottery Reaching Communities who have allowed us to extend our offer of support further at this difficult time.

ICANN Free Telephone Friendship Service

Not having someone to talk to regularly can be lonely particularly if you are used to sharing your home and time with others or you are unable to get out at present due to Coronavirus.

Please call us on 01772 746061, stating your name and contact phone number clearly and that you are interested in accessing our Telephone Friendship Service.

We can call you regularly just for a chat, check on how you are, help identify any other help you might need and match you with that help in your local area.

ICANN Help with Telephone Based Benefit Health Assessments

Have you been offered a health assessment for Personal Independence Payments over the phone? Or for a work capability assessment?

Would you like support from an advocate?

An ICANN advocate can help you prepare for your assessment, give you the information that you need, and help you at that assessment.

We can dial in and help you speak up and give the assessor the information they need to get the award that you are entitled to.

Have you been offered to have your appeal tribunal heard by telephone or online?

Do you need help to fill in a form for Personal Independence Payments (PIP) or a PIP Review form?

Are you struggling more than usual due to Coronavirus?

Do you need information about applying for benefits or help to find out which benefits you are entitled to.

We can help you with information about how to maximise your income including applying for grants?

ICANN can provide telephone-based budgeting support, help on saving money by reducing your bills or support you, along with our partners in finding options for debt repayments.
